We want you to be thrilled with every pair, so we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of your purchase date. Shipping charges (both original and return shipping) are non-refundable and are always the customer’s responsibility. After 30 days, please still reach out – we’ll always try our hardest to make things right.
EXCHANGES
Due to past abuse, we’ve had to tighten the policy (thank you for understanding).
We allow one opened panty per style/size to be tried on for fit. That opened panty (and any identical unopened ones from the same order) may be exchanged once for a different size, color, or style of equal or lesser value. This is at our sole discretion. Examples:

- New, unopened panties in original packaging may be exchanged within 30 days for items of equal or lesser value, or store credit.
- Certain sale items and promotional deals are final sale and cannot be exchanged. Penny Panties or Free items cannot be exchanged.

- You exchange once, receive the new pair, then want to exchange again → Second exchanges are not permitted.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
If you used a one-time coupon code, discount code, or any rewards credit on an order that is later returned, that discount or reward value is forfeited and will not be reinstated or refunded.
- Returns for refund are accepted within 30 days for unopened, unused items in original packaging.
- Original shipping, handling, and any gift-box fees are non-refundable.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer.
- Certain sale items and promotional deals are final sale.
