Your first personally selected panty surprise ships the very next day — and after that, a new surprise arrives every month on your own Panty day. Nicole picks from every collection in the shop, and Katie & Laura personally review every selection before it goes out the door. It should feel like a present — because it is.

Your surprise can come from any Panty collection in the shop. Fancy Satin® — our original Second Skin Satin, silky, breathable, the classic that started it all. Pixie Satin — super-soft on both sides, stretchy, with a playful shine. Starlette Satin — smooth, light, and silky. Discretion is the Panty Shop rule. We all chat internally so every pick gets better — but your info stays right here with us, safe with your Panty Shop girls. Your Style Card is yours alone: never shared, never sold. Your default delivery is a plain, unmarked "KL Brands" poly mailer with no hint of what's inside, and your billing shows up the same quiet way — or choose our girly, cute mailer if you'd love it to look like the treat it is.
The fine print that makes the magic work
It's a surprise, on purpose. The club isn't an “order what you want each month” program — that would ruin it! Nicole pays close attention to everything you love, wish for, and would rather skip, and it all shapes your surprises. But the choosing is hers (with Katie & Laura reviewing every selection personally). The mystery is the whole fun.
Club picks are final. Monthly surprises can't be returned, exchanged, or refunded — instead, tell Nicole what missed in your after-delivery chat, and next month's surprise gets smarter. (Regular shop purchases keep our normal 30-day Princess Rewards store-credit policy.)
Club surprises ship USA-only. High international shipping and customs fees mean club memberships ship within the USA only. Our regular store ships across the USA and Canada — and all other international friends can shop us through our separate eBay shop.

Do I get to choose my panties each month?
No — and that's the fun! Nicole listens to every wish and every “not for me,” then surprises you. If you want a specific item, that's a regular shop purchase (Katarina in the Panty Q's chat will happily help). The Satin Surprise Club is where you get surprised.
Which collections can my surprise come from?
Any of them! Fancy Satin®, Pixie Satin, Starlette Satin — every Katie & Laura Panty collection is fair game. Your Style Card tells Nicole which fabrics and cuts you love (and which to skip), and she picks accordingly.
What if I don't like my surprise?
Tell Nicole in your after-delivery chat — give her a minute of your time, or chat about your Panties all day, she's happy either way. That's exactly how she gets better. Club picks can't be returned or exchanged, but your feedback directly shapes what arrives next.
Can I cancel?
Anytime, no questions, no guilt. Your Style Card is saved forever — come back whenever, and Nicole picks up right where you left off.
What sizes do you carry?
S through 2X in every style — and Nicole tracks your size per cut if you size up or down in certain styles.
Is it really personalized, or is everyone getting the same panty?
Really personalized — that's why it's not called “panty of the month.” Your Style Card — sizes, colors you love, colors you'd rather never see, lace preferences, wishlist — shapes your surprise, Nicole does the homework, and Katie & Laura personally review every single selection. No two members' months look the same.
Is it discreet?
Completely. Your surprise arrives in a plain, unmarked "KL Brands" poly mailer with no hint of what's inside, and billing shows up the same quiet way. (Prefer it fun? Choose our girly, cute mailer instead — your call, changeable anytime.) Your Style Card is yours alone: never shared, never sold.
Can I gift a membership?
Yes! The recipient takes their own style interview, so you give the gift and we handle the guessing.
Does my membership earn Princess Rewards?
Club membership is its own kind of special — membership fees and monthly surprises sit outside the Princess Rewards program. (Your regular shop purchases keep earning as always.)
When does it ship?
Your first surprise ships the day after you join. After that, it arrives every month on your own Panty day — the same day of the month you joined, which is also your billing day.
Can I change how many Panties I get each month?
Any time, sweetheart — and you never have to cancel to do it. Just tell Nicole whether you'd like more or fewer, and Katie switches your membership over for you. Your card stays as it is, your Panty day stays as it is, and the new size of your surprise starts on your very next one.
How do I update my card, or take a break?
Sign in and look for My Satin Surprise Club Membership in your account menu — it's all in there: your card, your delivery address, and taking a break if you need one. Do keep your card current, honey: if a payment can't go through, the membership stops on its own, and we'd hate to lose you over an expired card.
Do you ship internationally?
Club memberships ship within the USA only. Our regular store ships across the USA and Canada — and friends everywhere else can shop us through our separate eBay shop.
