All measurements in inches. All fabrics have 4-way stretch. For men, your waist measurement is the best guide. Most men should disregard hip measurements for Panties.

The single best starting point is your waist measurement. Women's Panty sizing is primarily based on hip measurement for women, but for men, the waist measurement almost always gets you closest to a comfortable fit right away, faster and more reliably than trying to convert from men's underwear sizes.
Once you know how your first order fits, you can confidently branch out to other Panty styles and adjust up or down as needed. You're not alone in this. Tons of guys go through the same trial-and-error at first, and it gets easy fast.
Order Up! When in doubt between 2 sizes, order the larger size. We use real vintage sizing. Our sizes did not grow with time like so many manufacturers, so they run a wee bit smaller than you may be used to.
Maybe, but it's completely normal for men to wear more than one size, especially if you're trying different styles. Men and women typically have different body shapes. Women's Panties are designed with curves in mind: wider hips relative to the waist, and often less room in the front.
Styles with more stretch and no elastics can sometimes fit a size smaller than expected but quickly stretch out too much! High-cut or thong styles might feel snugger around the legs. Fuller-coverage briefs or hipsters often run closer to your "usual" size. You might be a Medium in one style and a Large (or even XL) in another. That's okay. Most guys who wear women's Panties end up with a small range of sizes in their Panty drawer.
2X is currently our largest size, fitting waists 38 inches and up. If you're above that range or unsure, message Katarina in chat (the "Panty Qs?" bubble). We'll tell you honestly whether a style will work for you before you spend a dime.

Occasionally, men need to size up a bit more for our Classic String Bikinis and the Starlette Primas and minis due to less front coverage in proportion to overall Panty size.
We would not consider any of our Panties "low cut," but some are lower than others, and this can affect the front coverage. How you choose to wear your Panties is a big factor also. Generally, from highest (more coverage) to lowest:

Generally, yes. Aside from Thong Panties, all Katie & Laura Panties have a classic panty silhouette. We prefer sewn elastics for cozy support. These elastics create a raised edge that makes our Panty silhouettes prominent. Likewise, we prefer sewn-in gussets for all-day comfort, which give a typical rear gusset line on the silhouette.

YES. Bralettes are tight-fitting women's lingerie. Women have much smaller ribs and shoulders. Start with your preferred Cami size, or consider one size up for a looser fit. Bralettes, unlike bras, do not open in the front or back. They must be slipped into.
Don't pull bralettes on over your head! Step into your bralettes like you would pantyhose, and slide them up your body. Never pull on the delicate spaghetti straps. Strong male hands can break delicate straps. Be gentle.
