Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be thrilled with every pair, so we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of your purchase date. Shipping charges (original and return) are non-refundable and are the customer's responsibility. After 30 days, still reach out — we'll always try our hardest to make things right.

Exchanges

New, unopened panties in original packaging may be exchanged within 30 days for items of equal or lesser value, or store credit.
Opened panties: you may open one panty per style/size to try on for fit. That opened panty (plus any identical unopened ones from the same order) may be exchanged once for a different size, color, or style of equal or lesser value, at our discretion.
- Order 6 identical panties, open one, size is wrong → we'll happily exchange the whole set.
- Open all 6 → we can't process the exchange.
- Already exchanged once → second exchanges aren't permitted.
Certain sale items and promotional deals are final sale. Penny Panties and free items can't be exchanged.

Returns & refunds

Accepted within 30 days for unopened, unused items in original packaging.
Original shipping, handling, and gift-box fees are non-refundable; return shipping is paid by the customer.
If a coupon code, discount, or rewards credit was used on a returned order, that value is forfeited.
We reserve the right to refuse returns, exchanges, or future orders from anyone abusing the policy.
