These Mobile Terms of Service ("Mobile Terms") govern the SMS/text-message marketing program (the "Program") offered by KLBrands LLC, doing business as Katie & Laura's Panty Shop ("we," "us," or "our"). By enrolling in, signing up for, or otherwise agreeing to participate in the Program, you accept and agree to these Mobile Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Program Description

Through the Program, we send recurring automated marketing and transactional text messages, such as new-arrival announcements, promotions, subscriber-only offers, abandoned-cart reminders, and order or shipping updates. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology.

2. Consent and Enrollment

You enroll in the Program by providing your mobile phone number and agreeing to receive text messages — for example, by submitting your number and checking the SMS consent box on our website or at checkout. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. By enrolling, you represent that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and that you are the account holder or have the account holder's permission to enroll the mobile number provided.

3. Cost and Frequency

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Such charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. We are not responsible for any message or data charges you incur. Please contact your wireless provider for details about your plan.

4. Opt Out — Reply STOP

You can cancel the Program at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive marketing text messages from us, though you may still receive non-marketing messages related to your account or orders where permitted. If you want to rejoin, simply sign up again as you did initially.

6. Supported Carriers and Delivery

Supported carriers may change, and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless provider and is outside our control. We do not guarantee that messages will be delivered.

7. Your Privacy

We respect your privacy. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number, your SMS opt-in, or your SMS consent with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We share mobile information only with the service providers (such as our SMS platform and wireless carriers) that help us operate the Program. 8. Changes to These Mobile Terms

We may update these Mobile Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when we post the revised Mobile Terms and update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued participation in the Program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Mobile Terms.
